Our safety protocols encompass risk assessments, safety training, and ergonomic solutions to minimize hazards and promote well-being. We take that to the next level and provide "virtual" assistance for safety and human resource personnel. (see below)
Onsite Ergonomic Visit
This is more in-depth and can be utilized in successfully returning an employee back to work. Currently, this service is restricted to the New England region.
With a focus on ergonomics and employee well-being, we arrive onsite to work hand-in-hand with the work setting, management, and the employee if desired to help create a safe workplace that maximizes output and performance.

This service is in the format of a customized ergonomic proposal constructed through discussions with management to agree on deliverables and goals of the onsite visit. An estimate of hours will be a part of that effort and the rate for this service is $150/hour.
Our virtual services provide flexible access to our team of professionals focused on reducing risks and enhancing workplace safety. There are two ways to utilize this service:
The first is to contact us about a particular issue at the workplace. You can take a short video of the worksite with concerns, review it, and we will deliver low-cost solutions within 48 hours. This service is quick, easy, and inexpensive for safety personnel of business types and sizes at $75 per short video.
The second is to arrange for a Zoom meeting to discuss issues of concern regarding complaints of discomfort, awkward positions, or worker-task interactions that may impact productivity. This virtual format affords greater discussion and depth should a company feel it necessary to address the issue. The goal is to tailor worksite modifications and/or safety training to ensure a safer and healthier work setting. This session could include a couple of team members to join the discussion. This service is offered at $150/hour.

Safety Training Sessions
State, Federal, and even Insurance Carriers recommend ongoing training sessions for employees
These sessions and topics are at the direction of the business to meet their needs to meet these requirements. As a result, these topics do not take away crucial management, safety, and human resource time and effort. The training is interactive and PowerPoint-based with handouts provided to employees and management. This service is at $150/hour and can be provided virtually or in person in the New England area.
Pre-employment Screenings - Evaluations
This is more in-depth and can be utilized in successfully returning an employee back to work. Currently, this service is restricted to the New England region.
Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) simulate the physical demands of the job and the potential employee's capacity to complete those tasks safely.

Concussion evaluations and rehabilitation following a slip+fall or motor vehicle accident. This has been a very successful intervention and only a few healthcare providers have the skills and experience for a successful outcome.

If more clinical expertise is required, ECG can also provide Impairment Ratings and record reviews if the situation is requested by your worker compensation carrier or management.
Injury Rehab - Return to Work Programs
We are qualified to bill State, Federal, and Insurance Carriers for recommended treatment intervention sessions for employees.
We will work with your work comp insurance carrier, case manager, and medical provider to coordinate care and rehabilitation for your injured employee with the stated goal of a safe return to work as soon as possible.
