Service Description

We have three convenient clinic locations: Springfield (near Rt 91), Holyoke, and Holyoke Health Center. We will work with your work comp insurance carrier and case manager to rehabilitate the injured worker and safe return to work.

Cancellation Policy

Clients wishing to call rather than book online are always invited to call us to make an appointment or for any questions they may have. Online virtual consultations are also available at mutually agreed scheduled times.
